Call me Cheap,Frugile, or just a wise steward of money... what ever it may be. God is bringing me through a process of learning the wisdom and joy of financial freedom. Although we are not there yet we are on our way and part of it is... Wisdom in spending.

If you have kids you know how fast they grow and just how expensive clothing them is. Of course the best and most efficent way to go is... Hand me downs. They are free and usually in great to fair condition. Next are Second hand either through garage sales or stores. At stores you can sell the out grown clothes and get either money or store credit. Because I love new stuff.... I always make a stop in the infants section of most stores and make my way to the clearance aisle.

To my utter delight this week I was at both Target and Walmart and found clothing and hats for $1.00.

Target has a 75% off section at the moment where you can find shirts, onesies, and shorts for a dollar and some for $0.98.
The brand is Circo and they have various sizes available for infants up to 24 months. They had other great deals in the sale section where you can find nice clothing for under $5.00 but you can't beat the dollar price. Great for stocking up or even gifting.

Target also has a great dollar section where at the moment they have cups and plates for toddlers. They also have bath toys there. I didn't want to spend $10 for the bath toys they sell normally in either store but was happy to spend $2.50 for some of the same quality.

Walmart also has a great clearance section and they are always adding to it. I found the most adorable polo dresses for $3.00, Polo Onesies and shirts all for the same price. Onesies for $2.00 and Hats for $1.00.

You can also make occasional stops at Ross or Marshalls. They have good clearance prices too. Only problem is that it's actually more difficult to find essentials but great for designer clothes at fabulous prices. I don't really go there often. Only for a very special occasion.

That's the scoop for now. Tah-Tah.
